Our consulting services group consists of leading experts in the Ajax field experienced in building and delivering complex enterprise level Ajax applications. We offer the following consulting services:

Initial Review

This consists of a short review and analysis of your technical and business requirements. A typical initial review takes 2 to 8 business days. At the conclusion of the initial review you will get a detailed technical recommendation document addressing key aspects such as recommended Ajax architecture and suggestions for project initiation.

Pilot Application

Based on the initial review recommendation you can select us to develop a quick pilot application (or prototype, or an alpha). This usually takes between 5 to 35 business days, depending on scope and complexity. Developing the pilot application consists of preliminary design, creative design and software engineering the application. The pilot application can also include technical proof of concepts to verify technical solutions that must be proven before the actual project starts. Lessons learned and insight gained from the pilot application will be incorporated into the production project.

Implementation

In developing your project we will use our innovative, tested and proven development methodology. Based on the findings from the initial review and the pilot application, we will develop your application, usually incorporating early-mockups, iterative design, a beta installation, thorough QA (including load balances and stringent memory leaks tests) and detailed documentation.
